Man UP offers a 1-day or 2-day conference/retreat for men that will have group time at the end of each session.
Man UP knows the importance of getting men together because when they do something amazing happens. For each session, Man UP will need a one-hour time slot for each session. During that time, I will present for about 20 to 25 minutes; then, the men will break into groups of 3 to 7 where they will spend 20 minutes talking about the topic. At the end of group time, the men will be brought back together and asked to take a minute to write down a takeaway from that session that they are willing to apply to their life.

Each Conference/Retreat is based on 3 Sessions
• Living Out Of The Rut – There is a sign that hangs on an Alaska highway that reads “be careful which rut you choose you could be in it for the next 10 miles” Let me ask are you stuck in a rut?
• Why You Should Find Your Life Purpose – I believe every man wants to live a life of purpose. But life happens. Many achieve fame and financial success but feel empty inside. Your time, your life is too valuable to waste.
• Don’t Waste Our Life – The sad part is many are just standing around waiting for something to happen. If we don’t take a step forward, we are always going to be standing in the same exact place.
• Dad, They Are Watching You – Someone said – “My father didn’t tell me how to live; he lived and let me watch him.”
• The Cape Is Optional Being A Hero To Your Wife Is Not – In a society where marriages are falling apart, we need some men that will be a hero and do the right things.
• A Real Man – Many men are confused about what a real man is. By the end you will have your own definition of what a real man is.
• The BIG 3 or 4 – Where life involves people—there will be potential for anger to pop up which can lead to a conflict that can lead to a poor choice of words said. I can tell you if you don’t control them they will control you.
• Living To Leave A Legacy – Every day we are leaving a legacy of some kind. Let me ask if you were to die today, how would you be remembered?
• TuneUP – Sometimes in life just like our car we as men get to run a little rough and all we need is just a little tune-up. During the Tune-Up, we will talk about “A Fatherhood Tune UP, A Husband TuneUP and close out with A Personal Tune UP.
