God intended for all men to experience satisfaction and success by discovering and igniting the potential and passion that He has created within them. Many men are simply watching life go by instead of living the life God has called them to live. Man UP Ministries serves to stir the hearts of men to unlock their God-Given potential, to live the life God intended them to live, one that will echo now and for eternity.

Rex Tignor is founder of Man UP Ministries.

Rex is a member of the Washington Area Coalition of Men’s Ministries (WACMM) leadership team. He is the former Men’s Ministry Director for Redemption Ministries for the state of Virginia assisting over 70 churches.

While serving as Eastern Director for People Matter Ministries, He co-authored “Why Ministry to Men” with Dr. Dan Erickson. His heart and passion is helping men unlock their God-given potential.
